Supercharger Kits for luxurious cars are hard to come by. ASA is a German company established in 1997 is to make supercharger performance and piston engines harmonize together. ASA offers several engineering services from development, to prototyping to production. It also offers a range of supercharger performance products based around its five Turbomex superchargers. These units are centrifugal superchargers capable of delivering between 400 and 780 hp to engines ranging from 1.6 liters to a large 7.0 liters.

 

For this project, G-Power (the formidable German BMW Tuner) has teamed up with ASA to deliver the new G-Power Typhoon based on the BMW X5.

The Typhoon is a complete tuner package car including:

  • A complete wide body kit with an aggressive new front fascia
  • Illuminated side skirts
  • 23 inch multispoke wheels
  • A custom supercharger kit producing over 700hp including: 
    •                 An ASA T1-521hd at 0.6 bar of boost
    •                 A carbon fiber intake manifold
    •                 Aluminum intercooler
    •                 Complete performance exhaust system
    •                 Recalibrated engine management system

The car does the dash in 5.0 seconds with a top speed of 172mph.
